WHO WE ARE. Ashley Maddox has been buying, renovating, and selling homes in historic buildings since 2008.   She looks to blend historic elements with modern references, and she is known for her clean lines, efficient use of space, and colorful palette.  A native Californian, Ashley has lived between Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, Cape Town, and now Paris, resulting in a style that is a mix of French savoir-faire and American practicality, with touches of African-inspired graphics and fabrics.  Ashley has a BA from Princeton and an MBA from Stanford, and she was a Fulbright Scholar affiliated with the University of Cape Town.

HOW WE WORK. Studio Maddox finds, acquires, develops, and decorates beautiful apartments in the center of Paris. We create turn-key homes that are, per the firm’s tag line, “colorful, comfortable, and chic”, and very occasionally, we lead design projects for special clients. In either model, we assemble the best team possible for each renovation project, tailoring the design aesthetic, process and budget to suit the potential for each property. Studio Maddox has been featured in design magazines in 15 countries, including multiple covers for Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and VOGUE Living.
